Are senior staff members involved
with clients?
Diversity’s principals are intimately involved with every client project. We meet daily to review ongoing projects so that at any given time any member of the Diversity Team will be able to answer any of your questions. We believe that no project is too small or too irrelevant for a senior member to facilitate. Your job is important to you, which makes it important to us.
What kind of fees are involved?
Estimates, whether for design or project management, are provided free-of-charge following the submission of project requirements. Specifics are always needed before an accurate proposal may be developed and is subject to review based on actual receipt of materials. We take into account the resources required to complete your project on-time and within a specified budget. We seek a minimum of 3 quotes for each project we subcontract and make a final decision based upon the promotion specifics. We are confident our prices provide our clients with the best value and service available.
How much time is involved in getting
an estimate?
Estimates typically are provided within 48 hours of submitted project specifications. For complex projects and elaborate RFPs, more time may be needed.
How does the billing process work?
Diversity invoices by the project and in some cases by retainer. New clients are expected to remit an initial deposit of 33% of the estimated job cost as the contract is signed, a second third upon completion of the project and the final balance is due 30 days after the project has been completed unless other arrangements have been made.
If business needs or financial situation changes, can a project be terminated?
Clients can cancel any project with written notice. Diversity will only bill for those activities completed before the notification is received. All work and expenses incurred up until the termination date will be billed by Diversity and paid by client. |
