Laurie started Diversity Studio, Inc. to offer her clients the personal service and flexibility they deserve. She also wanted to build an environment of creative challenge and work/life balance for DSI employees. Creating Diversity Studio has allowed her to achieve both of these goals. Laurie is a 1983 graduate of Endicott College with a degree in Graphic Design. She continues her education in the areas of photography, business management and web development. Her background includes extensive experience in design, business, customer service, production and project management.

Mike joined Diversity Studio in July of 2008. He is a 2001 graduate of Suffolk University and holds a degree in English with a minor in Communications. He has a vast number of responsibilities within the day-to-day operation of the company and serves as a valuable member of the team in keeping projects online and up to date. His broad professional experience and passion for the industry prove to be a valuable asset to the team as he serves as the main contact between Diversity’s client base and the DSI team. His background lies in project management and creative development within the telecommunications field.

Molly graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts in 2006. Her professional experience however, started even before then. She has been diligently working in the industry for over 4 years with other design companies and started out at Diversity Studio as a contract designer. She has since joined the team full time and has proven to be an asset to our company and clients alike with her vast knowledge and raw talent for the field. Molly continues to grow with us through her array of creativity as a graphic designer and constant enthusiasm for the company.

Tim graduated from Middlesex Community College in 2001 and also attended a Technical High School majoring in Commercial Art. He has been with Diversity Studio since 2002. Originally an intern, he joined the team as a full-time employee soon thereafter. Tim took a brief absence to try other avenues of design, but ultimately came back to the studio that helped mold his creative talent. He is the primary web designer for Diversity, and also works on various other projects including logo design, illustration, and page layout.

David joined Diversity Studio back in 2006 as an Intern during high school. He has since that time graduated and gone on to Endicott College majoring in Communications Design with a minor in Animation. DJ has a passion for working in Illustrator and Photoshop, doing photo manipulation and raw illustration.

Diane has contracted with Diversity Studio since the company first opened in 2000. Beginning January 2008, Diane accepted the permanent contract position of Bookkeeper for Diversity. She is responsible for AP/AR, Payroll and Benefits. Diane is a graduate of Aquinas College and is a QuickBooks Specialist. She chooses to focus on developing accounting and office systems for small to medium start-up firms.
